It is important to know that any person or entity who needs to get a new or modified connection to public water supply or wastewater collection infrastructure must contact Uisce Éireann. Our Connections and Developer Services (CDS) department is a dedicated team who will work with you on the various processes involved in completing your connection into the Uisce Éireann network. This page provides important information about these processes and what you will need to do along the way.

Customers seeking a waiver or refund for Water and/or Wastewater Standard Connection Charges as part of this Scheme will be required to have submitted a Connection Application and a Refund Application to Uisce Éireann by 31 December 2024.

There is no longer a requirement to have an executed Connection Agreement in place by 31 December to apply for a waiver/refund. If you have made a Connection Application your Waiver/Refund Application will be recorded and put on hold until your Connection Agreement is executed.
